```Job Overview```

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Dental Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our dental office, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and experience working in a medical or dental office setting.

```Responsibilities```

- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office

- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using our office phone system

- Verify patient insurance information and assist with billing inquiries

- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary

- Assist with administrative support tasks

- Coordinate with officr staff to ensure efficient patient flow

- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing their questions and concerns

- Follow HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality

- 2 years proven experience in an administrative role, in a dental office

- Proficient in using office software and phone systems.

- Familiarity with medical terminology and dental procedures

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Experience with Dentrix software is a plus
